Our Central Team

The Executive Leadership Team, comprised of the Heads of Academies and supported by our Central Leadership Team, provide strategic leadership to the Trust.

The Executive Leadership Team comprises:

• Heather McLachlan – Chief Executive Officer 
• Claire Gaygan – Chief Operating Officer
• Tom Williams – Chief Financial Officer
• Darryn Robinson – Executive Headteacher, Biddulph High School, Moorside High School and Director of Education Secondary & Post-16
• Caroline Prince – Headteacher, Werrington Primary School and Director of Education Primary 
• Lesley Morrey – Principal, City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College
• Sue Hawley – Governance Professional and Company Secretary
